In any industry, handling or transporting solid particles, abrasive wear is a significant factor in the design, construction and maintenance of the plant equipment. Zircon Wear Epoxy has been designed to provide cost effective resistance to particle impact abrasion with a high degree of resistance to impact, flexure and vibration. Zircon Wear Epoxy protects relatively large flat areas from abrasive attack. It is easily applied on-site, and also applied to more complex areas. It is ideally suited for application to: cyclones, hoppers, deflector screens, wear plates, burner barrels, mixing blades, bunkers, pipe bends and process equipment.
